What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

I stand corrected. I Googled it. Since the introduction of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) in may 2018, a photo in which someone is shown recognizable is considered 'personal data' and is thus protected under the rule of the GDPR law.
This European regulation must be applied in its entirety across the EU and therefore overrules country legislation.

Huh, I didn't know that either but that is an excellent law!

Personally i think it is a bit sad, it kinda kills street photography.
I spent years doing this and now that i am back in Belgium i can't legally do it anymore...
I can see that, but I think the benefits of having such a law outweigh the disadvantages. There are countries where people's faces are scanned on the street and the data goes into the government's surveillance system.

Anyway, you could of course still take photos on the street and ask people for their consent afterwards. But I can see how that takes all the fun out of it.

You’ve done that?!?
Say no more...

Hahah, I have not. But I knew a guy who was a professional photographer who did. He would hand his business card out to all the pretty girls. I'm pretty sure it was his pick-up line, because he seemed to make most of his money as a freelance paparazzi getting pics of celebs arriving at the airport.

Im digging the Whites Semi Dress too!.. making me regret moving mine on.

my favorite boot that I’ve never owned. I really like how they look.

Thanks guys.

They’re also just amazingly comfortable. The arch ease is no joke, feels like plugging my foot into a perfect socket. These and a pair in brown dress with the traveler heel are my typical daily drivers.

If you need any encouragement, looks like they’re still 20% off at Baker’s Shoe

^^ A great deal and having purchased 3 pair of boots through Baker's you will not regret thier service. Kyle in Customer Serivce provided great fit advice for my first pair through them.

As for me today, not a jacket per se' but a Sidnaw Company waxed duck vest over a "Five Brother" extra thick red windowpane plaid shirt. The vest is expensive. The plaid flannel was $35 at our local farm supply store last year.
