Japanese Label ID/Translation Needed

Hi folks. I'm hoping someone can identify and/or translate this label in a morning coat I just got from Ebay. I believe that it is Japanese. I have no idea how old the coat is. Your help is appreciated. Thanks

Yes,it is Japanese,meaning "First Tailor",but a little different from that spelt today,"ファースト　テーラー".
And there is a name of the brand and a address in Taipei,in consideration of which,I'm sure it was made in about 1940 when Taiwan was under Japanese.
