Fresh out of the box. My second pair of chukkas from Gaucho Ninja. As I still had a discount code, I unfortunately had to invest and order the black ones.

Ah, you finally received then? They look fantastic? What are your impressions? My boots from Willie should be finished next week.
I’m very pleased with them. The toscenello horse rump is amazing. the stitching is all perfect. Willie nailed the sizing. They feel very comfortable right out of the box. The dr sole are really nice. I would definately order from him again. 4 days shipping to Canada was quick. Did u order the boondockers too?

Cool that you made a video about them! And very glad that you like how they turned out :)
I ordered a pair of brown cxl engineers with leather soles + topy in their munson last. If these work out then I'm ordering a pair of these:
Fantastic value if the price stays the same. 500usd including shipping (shipping being 1/5 of that unfortunately..).
I will also try to grab a pair of those epic lace keepers for my White's:

Yes, good value for the money for sure. Looking forward to seeing your engineer boots.

Got a pair of sheepskin lined Sendra boots quite cheap, Sno-seal'ed the f out of them including oven treatment to warm them up (get the fibers loosened up, pores to open and absorb the wax better). Ready for use!
These boots will be my winter experimentation pair - how will a light colored aniline leather sole (rubber half-sole) boots look like after several winters of snow, slush and salt assuming I manage to take care of them.

All these engineers have me wanting to give them another try... I just wish someone other than Wesco did the low block heel.

It’s early but stitchdown boot camp is in chicago this year. Pm me if you’re going.

Wow, it's moving to Chicago? I saw they were discussing it on the Stitchdown Premium Discord at one point but didn't realize the decision to have it in Chicago had been made since then!

That would be an easy trip for me to make - maybe ~ 3 hours and would really have to limit myself if I did come!

Sure looks like a great time for a jacket meet up too - Early November Chicago is prime leather jacket weather.
