I'm not actually wearing this, because it is far too small for my head, but I wanted to share a hat that a friend recently gifted me:

A bankaru sold through Salvatore Balbi in Naples, with a dealer-specific lining. A little dented in places, but not mangled. The Balbi store is now a pizzeria, and I've been unable to glean much info about the shop, such as years of operation.

I have no real way to date this, but that doesn't lessen my happiness in adding it to the {display only} stable.

Today I'm wearing my other Superior Hats panama, a calado Open Road clone. Normally I wouldn't subject anyone to looking up my nose, but I thought the picture of the underside of the brim was cool.
