Not familiar with the brand, Marcel, but that's certainly a goodie!!!

One of the Manchester hatmakers, Mike. And as Marcel says, they had the Stetson license back in the day, so that says how good they were.

P.S. I have one of Failsworth's Stetsons and it sure is good.

Here is the third of three Real Nutria Fur Stetsons acquired in 2011. It is virtually identical to #2 (sold) but it fits me better and is in like new condition. Myers & Bloom was a small store that operated in Tucson from 1906 to 1931 when it was acquired by a competitor that would go on to become Levy's Department Store. Like the other two, this hat was sold in the mid 1920s.

This morning I'm going with my latest "mutt" that I got very reasonably priced. Someone had replaced the sweatband and also installed a Royal DeLuxe liner, which is a no-no for a *******. * far as I know, they only came in the Royal model, but I could be mistaken.
The sweatband is pretty nice so I left it be, but I just had to swap out the DeLuxe liner for a Royal one more appropriate. I had the ******* stamp from another old sweatband and I attached it to the new sweatband. All in all I'm pleased with the outcome. I really dig the deep rich brown color of this hat too ! Hope y'all have a good 'un !

Two days with 12-15 hrs of hard rain and thunderstorms here in the Piny Woods of East Texas sure have things wet and gloomy. It MAY dry out a bit today so Im going with a happy shirt and nice hat to make the world around me brighter. This ones a nice old soft 3x Stetson 5-1/2" crown, 2-7/8 bound brim and its a long oval. I wish all my hats fit and wear as well as this one

A morning dog soirée had me wearing a Mallory Dallas thin ribbon fedora.

Sipping some cold brew as I survey a yard chore I wore a Mallory Ten.
