Both my deerskins are in. I’ll do a write up this weekend.Myers Bucksin-Salem Oregon c.1950
Now that’s a well fitted jacket !! CheersI moved away from my long-standing leather tailor so, after some research, I took my FCL Tyler to a new tailor to narrow the sleeves from the forearm to the wrist. He did an excellent job! This is the way the sleeve should have been cut by FCL.

John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. Glad to see it arrived. You gotta put the collar on!Wearing shorts/flip flops but I cropped that part out. Extremely excited to have a proper vintage jacket. Straight zip Cal from @dannyk arrived just now so I wanted to share it here.

But I will say the collar/lapels on this one is most of awesome features. I loved it.Wearing shorts/flip flops but I cropped that part out. Extremely excited to have a proper vintage jacket. Straight zip Cal from @dannyk arrived just now so I wanted to share it here.

I like it very slim. Top1970s Schott 618. Really digging this. Talon zips, no underarm gussets, very slim fit. Can't believe it's a Schott. Another inch on the length would have been great, but it's cool in certain situations. Also like how the belt is much smaller and doesn't hang completely down. I feel like my 118 and 519 sag more.

This looks great. Like it should have been done by FC when they made the jacket. I took the liberty to make a before - afterI moved away from my long-standing leather tailor so, after some research, I took my FCL Tyler to a new tailor to narrow the sleeves from the forearm to the wrist. He did an excellent job! This is the way the sleeve should have been cut by FCL.
