What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

On the topic of EU Schott, I have seen and handled several, and they are just medium- to top-level mall jackets. All but one of them I've ever come across have some sort of dealbreaker… visible logos, stitching in weird places so they could use smaller pieces of leather, odd patterns… a tip: as far as I can tell, all the EU Schott model names start with "LC", which is helpful when trying to sort out what's what in online listings.

There is one model from them I found that I actually liked enough to give a try, and then only because I found it for €200. It's more of a Lewis knockoff than a Schott pattern, funnily enough. But the pattern fits me well, the leather is reasonably decent (but boring) cowhide, and it's served well as a beater for years. The model is called LCMONTANA.

Like you said looks like a decent mall jacket.

That being said, you can get a used made in USA schott for the same price as a new Chinese made one
