I couldn’t agree more Tom! That is exactly why I settled on the Ryder in black. All of my other black jackets were cross zip or cafe racer style and I wanted something cool that could also look a little more formal if need be.

I was leaning towards the Suburban but I ordered the Ryder because I wanted something a little trimmer.

Thank you, and thank you. Been into leather jackets for a longer period and also lurked the forum for a while, but decided finally to register.

The Sheene is my newest Aero, and still in its break-in phase. My other, much loved Aeros are 1920s Premier Work Coat in battered tan midweight HH and an older HWM in brown FQHH.

Looks like a "beefier" zipper than is usual on an Aero Highwayman. Did you spec that in the manufacture?
