It’s surprisingly good! Denim is different than IH or N & F heavyweight. Insanely stiff, very smooth (not hairy like IH nor as soft). For the money it’s an untouchable value.

I just picked up some Bave Star 21.5oz jeans. I'm really happy with them. An incredible value for made in the USA heavy selvedge. Are they IH, no, but damn nice either way. The denim isn't near as stiff after a soak, dry, and couple wears. I know a lot people vary on opinions, and many will disagree with me, but I soak mine on the get go if I plan on them being daily wearers.

Washed the old Brooks in the tub, dried it in the sun, then worked in some Pecards. It softened up nicely, and is quite shiny. Perfect beach jacket.

I have a thing for them too. I have two of them in 42 that I can layer, but I see how you can have 5. Some you can layer, some tighter. One recently went on eBay in size 44 - looked pretty much new...too large for me. My next target is a Sportster in size 40.

Very good, couldn't have been more right! Only recently have gotten into the (quality) leather jacket game, and am obsessed with cross-zips at the moment, though I'm slowly venturing towards different styles as well. Nice to see a fellow Aussie! Thanks!
