I thought "***" was slang for a cigarette, and a "***got" was a bundle of sticks... What's the food?

I think tripe is just too unprocessed - my mum used be given it boiled by her mum. She hated it with just as much gusto as the scrambled pig's brains she was occasionally served too...

***gots is minced off-cuts and offal, especially pork, with herbs and bread crumbs. It's cheap food but rather nice.
