Where to find high waisted trousers

Got myself a pair of vintage RAF braces/suspenders.
Now I am looking for some nice high waisted trouser to go with them.
Not heavy uniform trousers - more in the line of jeans or chinos.
Any web suggestions?

I'm getting a pair of high-waisted vintage trousers copied here:

This establishment was recommended by a Lounger, so I sent them the trousers and waited for the price quote. Two pairs -- one in a cotton-linen blend, the other in twill -- plus replacing the zipper on the original pair and, I guess, S&H came to $142.

I'll report back when I receive them.

Will do. In the meantime, you can visit the site to peruse their fabric selection. The two I chose are among the lowest-priced, I think, so cost per pair could go quite a bit higher.
