VS fedora. It is a green moss beaver felt styled to be similar to a Whippet.

Thanks Rick, but in all honesty I don’t wear many lighter colors & shades in the fall & winter when everything is wet, drippy & dirty. That’s my season for black, brown, charcoal & Navy blue.

Tomorrow we are off to a festival at a place called Poole Quay, There's a singer whose repetoire is that of The Swing era, name of Simon Lane. https://www.simonlanemusic.co.uk/ He really is a great talent.

Before we go to the quay we will be going to our church service, I suggested my lemon coloured blazer: "Don't you dare wear that in church," came the reply. But then Tina came up with a very helpful suggestion. The grey blazer for church and then take the lemon one for later. There's not enough time to go home to change.


"And wear that lovely hat that I like," she said, "the grey one," The bespoke Susquehana it is then.
It might be an idea to put bring an Aloha shirt along too. Fingers crossed for some sunshine.
