Joao, looks like Portuguese graffiti is as unpredictable as the weather. I must visit someday. Lisbon is on my short list.

There are very nice graffiti but most are "tags" Weather is more unpredictable than graffiti. It's almost everywhere.
Are you going to visit only Lisbon? Portugal have so much to offer than Lisbon.
