It's 1930s at the latest maybe late 1920s. The oldest Echter Borsalino I have encountered.

Today I wore a "Beaver Brand" 5X. This was one of my first hats - it came with pretty modern dimensions, so I remodelled the crown to offset as much as possible its low and tapered crown. When you get used to classic proportions, modern ones fall short (to my eyes - other loungers sport these types well). It was adequate for the 60s inspired outfit.
