Sticking with the straws theme here's an Adam Fleetwood I picked up from Johnnyphi recently. Judging by the logo style and the $1.95 price tag I'm thinking it's - what? - around 1940's early 50's?

Is this really a straw hat? It must be so finely made as I can barely see the weave. Looks like cloth, cotton perhaps, to me. Nice summer color. Beautiful hat. Lucky you!

It is just about possible to see the weave on the brim but, nevertheless, superb quality.

You certainly have the t-shirt right but you need some spectacles hanging off your nose! I took Mr. Bubbles out yesterday and the brim was just flapping in the wind like a big bird - just what the old hat needed.
