I second the magnolia! It's probably only a partial flower, magnolia blossoms can be quite large, but those white elliptical petals are unmistakable.

I go with lily, too. I'm from Mississippi, and that is not magnolia I've ever seen! It looks to be a silk flower, as well, so is probably a bit stylized.
