Pretty sure the DSA# gives you the manufacture date.
In this case 76 so 1976.
Appears to be an authentic US military issue coat.

John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. I searched Google images, but it only showed general images of M65 jackets.Pretty sure the DSA# gives you the manufacture date.

If it's like British military gear you try and match to the nearest haha well I do anywayDo your actual sizes differ significantly from the sizes indicated on the label (in numbers)?
Looks almost like the m65 I had as a teen in the 80s, worked, lived and died in that thing6.5/200 lbs. Jacket size M without lining

I also had an original in the 80s. The current one is from Helikon Tex and is quite similar to the original. At least as a layman, I don't see any major differences.Looks almost like the m65 I had as a teen in the 80s, worked, lived and died in that thing![]()
It's hard to find clothes that fit me, let alone military ones.У меня тоже был оригинальный экземпляр в 80-х. Нынешний — от Helikon Tex, и он довольно похож на оригинал. По крайней мере, как дилетант, я не вижу существенных различий.
No , i am only about original M65 jacket'sIf it's like British military gear you try and match to the nearest haha well I do anyway
Not a long size, but the normal ones are huge. At 196 cm, I don't need a long one. It's hard to find clothes that fit me, let alone military ones.
I understand I need an X X L LONG, and it'll definitely fit me, both in terms of height and body size.
I haven't seen those jackets for sale yet. Does this size even exist in original M65 jackets? X X L long?
This is a vintage Alpha industries dated 1976 so it should be American made, but with a CSN ( contractor stock number )instead of an NSN ( national stock number ) I don't think it's actually USGI.
