Could be a Civil War spy posing as a female, such as the Confederate spy Marcellus Jerome Clarke who was known as Sue Mundy.

Jackson Sundown, you can look up his native name, who at age 53 won the bronc riding and All Around Cowboy Champion at the 1916 Pendleton Round Up. Nez Perce, he claimed to be a nephew of Chief Joseph.

You remember the proverbial question, “If you could have dinner with ten people, living or dead…”? First of all I would have to have more than one dinner because the first dinner would be reserved for my ancestors who paved the way for me. The second dinner would be like Frank Phillips annual Cow Thieves & Outlaws Reunion, with plenty of whiskey & all weapons checked at the door.
