I think it is a post war 1946-48 Packard Clipper, probably a base model coupe. I'm a geek and spent too much time this evening looking at grills of pre 1950 Kaisers and Hudsons and Packards... oh my!

She looks like an actress of that era, but I can't think who.

Note how she and the lady Hadley posted in the next are classily dressed, slim, and smiling. It seems like everyone of either *** you see nowadays is sloppy, overweight, and scowling.
