They are 'faked' vintage stills someone has made of cilian Murphy in current fictional TV show 'peaky blinders', back in a week or two for another series. Set mostly in Birmingham, UK, 1920s. Filmed largely in Liverpool in colour. It's a good show, but hasn't been the same since they killed off Sam Neil's character in Season one.
