How come with all these Old West bar photos thay always look like the music just stopped, conversations ceased, and everyone's looking at you? They remind me of the time I wandered into a lesbian bar in New Orleans: I gave 'em a Daffy Duck smile and scrammed pronto.

Slow plate film & long exposures, there couldn't be any movement or action or else it would be blurry.

She gave my wallet back before I even knew it was gone from my pocket. Without even having the time to go thru it she had decided I must be a cop & was trying to keep from having to go to jail.
