I don't know when this is from, but judging by the woman in the center's hair and dress, I would say its probably the 1950s. Two curious things about this photo is that the man is holding a top hat, and the woman on the right has an accordion with what appear to be square buttons.

Edit: I discovered that the woman with the accordion is Ann "Ma" McNulty.
