Schott 618 2 star?

I found this Schott jacket (618) being classified as a "vintage" that has 2 stars on its epaulette.

Anybody know what year (or decade) a Schott 618 was released with 2 stars? Or did the seller add an additional start him/herself?

The 613 has one star, the 618 comes without stars. These stars were added as an afterthought.
