Italian 30-40's suit for low BIN (Small, US only)

A beautiful, 1930's to early 50's Italian SB suit in blueish diagonally striped fabric.
Rather small and US shipping only... but for this price, someone get it.

[Two Types]

Measurements look a bit odd. The trousers have a 30 inch waist, yet the jacket measures 44 on the chest and 42 on the waist?

I'd speculate on the trouser waist being taken in quite a bit.
