'Lederen kleding' means 'leather clothing' in mid century Dutch grammar. I'm pretty certain 'Trio" was the name of the retailer, situated in Utrecht, I've never heard of a Dutch maker named Trio. If it's made in the Netherlands then it's probably made by Zaal or Damen but it might as well be from a German manufacturer judging by the overall style.
