I looked by the cleansers and toners, didn't see it, then went and looked by the lotions and didn't see anything either. I do have a hard time finding alot of thing here in Tucson, but cold cream is a fairly common item.......
Maybe I just overlooked it [huh]
This was at Walgreen's, by the way....

Sunny said:Hmm! I've found it at Walgreen's, no problem, both Pond's and the Walgreens brand. It was right in the middle of the cleansers.

I've been using it morning and night for 2 days now and so far I am loving the results. However, in the mornings I use it in the shower and it is making my bathtub all greasy.
Maybe I'll just have to reserve cold cream usage for the sink area.

Do you give your nose a different treatment from the rest of your face? It's the only oily part on mine, and I want to treat it right. Thanks!

I know it's not relating to cold cream, but have you tried applying a clay masque to just your nose? I am oily in my T-zone, and I've noticed the clay shrinks my pores up and has a drying/yet moisture retaining effect. I still use rice paper or blotting paper once or twice a day so I'm not just adding more powder constanstly. I alternate days, once a week I use a peel off masque, and twice a week a mint julep mask.
Thank you ShesSoVaVaVoom and hotrodmama0201 for your kind advice! I just went to the Body Shop and got som clay mask samples. I can't wait to try them!ShesSoVaVaVoom said:fftopic:

Mary, maybe you could tell us if Jergen's is the same as the other cold creams you've tried? What are the ingredients?
ShrinkingViolet said:Laura Chase, I know for sure that Matas do a cold cream. They sell it as a winter/ski sports cream though, but I bet it could be used for cleansing. I'll check the ingredient list next time I'm in a Matas store.
I have the Boots one too, bought in the UK, and I like it apart from the strong paraffin smell. I'd like to try an all-natural one made from almond oil and rose water but I don't even know if such a thing exists!
