What is Skeleton Lining? Unlined? or partial? Also what is the material of this blazer?

he doesn't mention the chest measure. but from the others, I'd be surprised if this is a true size 42. i suspect 21" across the chest.

the 20s Norfolk jacket from the same seller is listed as size 40 but turned out to measure 44.5, so maybe this seller is guessing the approximate chest size.
