Chilly and extremely wet today here... too wet for felt. Today its a Barbour oiled cap and RM Williams oiled jacket. Waiting on our upcoming winter storm expected in the next couple days. Once the rain turns to sleet or snowfriday night Ill go back to felt. Already have decent sized pile of heavy warm felts standing by to choose from
