Some "Women's Dive Watches" are considerably smaller than similar Men's watches, and less likely to snag on woven cuffs, thus much less likely to incur unwanted cuff wear.

While I like the nylon NATO-style watchbands from Countycomm, the antique and expensive Berkeley all-metal watch band, once hand-formed to one's wrist is beyond compare for comfort and durability: https://www.ebay.com/itm/1269601583...9255-0&loc_physical_ms=&loc_interest_ms=43556

Note that such Berkely wrist bands may not fit some watches, but a handy user can re-dimension the sheet metal item which shrouds the watch/band juncture to allow the Berkely item to fit. Once adjusted to one's wrist (trial and error process), the Berkely watch band is not noticeable at all. Unlike Nylon watchbands, the Berkely band needs no washing.

I have used these bands on some watches, either directly or by modifying (narrowing) the juncture of the band to the watch.

In my experience it´s less the size but more the bezel of a diver, flight chrono... to wear down cuffs. So if it has to be a diver i´d recommend a two crown with internal bezel.

The are several available from different brands, such as the below Longines that is likely the best known.

I was heavy into watches for a long time but eventually settled on one, with a cheap backup for when I need to get it serviced. I wear this bell and ross black steel pretty much daily, and swap out leather for canvas come summer…

Very nice! The Bico is my favorite of all the Diver Sixty-Five models. I regrettably sold mine earlier this year and have missed it ever since. One of the best wearing divers out there. Of the watches shown below, only the Pelagos FXD is still in my collection.

I see a very nice Ranger in there!

Here is my FXD, mostly on the wrist of one of my kids now which is where my collection has gone for the most part over the years lol

I would definitely say the bico is still in regular rotation though along with my Panerai.

The Ranger was my first nice watch and is one of the best watches that I've owned. At some point I'll buy another, possibly in 36mm. I ended up picking up a new Speedmaster Professional a couple months back and unfortunately parted with the Ranger and a Sinn 556A to help cover the cost. I figured that I didn't need three black dial watches. Now I'm down to just the FXD, the Moonwatch, a 36mm silver dial Oyster Perpetual, and a handful of vintage pieces.

Sounds like a very nice balanced collection!

I've gone through some beautiful omegas in my time as well as rolexes in fact my son now wears my 16610 and my daughter an old datejust

I can honestly say at this point that though I've quenched all my cravings I am once again craving a Rolex in my stable LOL (whether or not that thought gets any consistent play time in my head will determine the results of it i suppose, but the urgency of all of it are pretty much out of my system these days)
