All of that may be true, but that Schott doesn't come with a 'tribe'.Whew. Read all 22 pages. I went straight to hug my Schott 519!!! I paid 1/8 of a Himel price since i am 2nd owner. No wonky stitching. I have a co that stands by their product/customer and can repair any part of the jacket. And luckily it fits me like a custom.

"Pay more than a Schott and get shot""The Schottheads"
The drama did not originate from Himel it with this thread^^
You said it. We all should go hug our favorite jackets that came without the drama of a Himel.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. One period in that entire paragraph. Impressive.
The one thing that Himel hates more than critics are punctuation marks.
Meanwhile on Reddit... Himel calling out other makers / brands for their wonky sewing. Or Simmonsbilt for their customer support.
