I find this vintage Harley "Traveler" jacket very intriguing. Except I don't know if the original gray color would come back with conditioning (the leather looks parched) or if it would end up looking like ****.

That is the most mint Taubers I've ever seen. That is a very good deal for that jacket. As good a chunk of HH as you are likely to ever find.
EDIT: the tag claims genuine leather not HH...I suppose it could be steer. Either way an exceptional find.

It's a rare jacket from 1940s and it's in near mint condition, so there's nothing to doubt about if the size is wearable.

I suspect Johnson Leathers based on other tags (states M-500 on 2d tag, isn’t that Johnson?) and the look of the jacket. Unlike other Just Leather jackets I have seen. Much better leather.

The seller is selling a tagged Johnson Leather 44 with similar opening ask. No measurements on either auction.
