I met a bloke with a face and eyes like this in the military.
He didn’t say much and when he did, his voice was low.
He was an odd duck who took a shine to me because,
“I didn’t judge him for his ways.”
Fact is...I was scared to say anything that might provoke him.
Luckily we were shipped out to different places.
I hope he's doing fine, where ever he is!

He passed away last year, but the property is still in the family. I don't remember that shelter, but it could be there. His business was fabricating metal tanks (for gas stations, etc.). I'll see what I can dig up.

Yrs ago & more than once they furnished tanks & island forms for jobs I was involved on. The guy who was like the GM at that time was named Jim Needham. Ever know him? Can't think of the owner's name (your wife's cousin) right now but it will come to me.
