I would say mid 1960s to very early 1980s. Can you take a photo of the paper label behind the sweatband? That might help out.
Can inferences about date be made by the width of the ribbon? My guess is that such a wide ribbon would not have been popular in all decades, and more prominent in some than in others.
John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. It seems to be none the worse from the shipping experience. Great hat.
On an unrelated question, is it normal for Borsalinos to be a little smaller than usual. My 7 1/8 is like a 7. I had to stretch it. Perhaps it shrunk a little over time. I don't know.

That puts it before the selling of the company in the 80's and retailed in the USA, as does this liner. I couldn't really say much else from the photo and the above info. Reeded US models are somewhat more unusual. From the seller's description written description:
"Borsalino, Grand Prix Paris 1900, Reg US pat. Off. Made in Italy by Original House Founded in 1857."
To my knowledge, no model name on the front of the sweatband.
