John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. I would say mid 1960s to very early 1980s. Can you take a photo of the paper label behind the sweatband? That might help out.
Can inferences about date be made by the width of the ribbon? My guess is that such a wide ribbon would not have been popular in all decades, and more prominent in some than in others.
It seems to be none the worse from the shipping experience. Great hat.
On an unrelated question, is it normal for Borsalinos to be a little smaller than usual. My 7 1/8 is like a 7. I had to stretch it. Perhaps it shrunk a little over time. I don't know.

That puts it before the selling of the company in the 80's and retailed in the USA, as does this liner. I couldn't really say much else from the photo and the above info. Reeded US models are somewhat more unusual. From the seller's description written description:
"Borsalino, Grand Prix Paris 1900, Reg US pat. Off. Made in Italy by Original House Founded in 1857."
To my knowledge, no model name on the front of the sweatband.
