My concern right now is if this change gets rolled back, if all the damage done will remain. I'm not confident the censored terms will turn uncensored, it might just affect anything written going forward.

Just like the full page ads that pop up for over 2 yrs now even though I’m running Ad Blocker Pro. Doesn’t happen on any other site I visit. Have you been blocked by the full page ad for Dakota Fanning’s new movie yet? Just started a couple days ago.

I logged out and logged back in. They’re gone.

My most recent conversation from a few days ago with Peacoat is gone along with everything else.

I understand that Pa.ki on its own can be considered a slur, but simply querying for that string and censoring it even when part of a longer word such as writing the full name of the country or the gentilic is wild.

I understand that our admins didn't make a conscious decision when implementing it and it is likely something that has come automatically from their provider, but it is clearly very poorly done, as if just released without proper testing (or testing at all).

Beat me to it because I was just about to say that that overly sensitive auto censor is still causing issues as I’ve just posted about where AVI and Five Star jackets are made i.e. P a k i s t a n and the first four letters were asterisked out.

That's a different topic, but I agree. This is how in some social media platforms we've ended up with people saying "unalive" or "grape" because the actual words are censored.

Back to some perfomance issues: for some weeks now, photos are not showing on my Apple-devices (both I-phone and I-pad).
Either photos don’t appear at all or the building-up takes forever (ten minutes plus).

I have zero issues on my non-iOS notbook.
