What's for Dinner?

Opted for steak after a tough week. Comparing the prices for meat and pork I went hog wild overall,
stocked up on fish sticks and canned tuna, spam. Macaroni and rice. Soup. Easy stuff to shove in a basket
and a microwave later.

Oven baked enchilladas, filled with spiced beef, surrounded by cheese and salsa.

Cheese quesadillas last night.

Two days in a row we have had lentil tacos and rice. Happy I am! I doubt that we will have them again tomorrow, but I can hope.

Picked up some chuck steak enroute last nite. Saw bison meat further down line. May give buffalo a shot soon.

Maybe it is me but even though I really want to like buffalo meat other than the ground up stuff find it dry. You just can't seem to beat that marbled fat of a good beef steak.

I've never had buffalo so perhaps it's about time to give it a try. Wojo's down the street offers buffalo
and ostrich burgers. Dunno, buffalo meat loaf with mashed potatoes, corn, gravy. Biscuits. Miller lite.

Called in a chicken bucket with fries, garlic bread, and diet Pepsi from my favorite Irish pub.

The kitchen's a mess anyway.

I had steak sandwiches last nite. Slammed microwave, two minutes each side, slice and spread
over toasted Beefsteak Rye and mayo.
I sure can cook.

Roast beef and potatoes slowly cooked in the crockpot. It smelled so wonderfully when I came through the door after work. Wow!
