Last night, Lady ToE whipped up some Cheddar Bay Biscuits and Jambalaya. Of course, I was very pleased.

Last night was macaroni and meat sauce...tonight was leftovers of the same.

Hubby grilled flatbread pizza tonight. Lily & I shared this one. It has roasted chicken, bacon, pepperoni, caramelized onions, golden cherry tomatoes, and some basil. Parmesan and mozzarella under all the toppings. It was delicious

Spicy peanut noodles (homemade peanut sauce, shredded purple cabbage, scallion, chopped peanuts, pad thai noodles), and grilled tri-tip that had been marinated in soy sauce, ginger, garlic, & sesame oil. Really good. Lily devoured it.

Last night was Taco Night. How will Lady ToE top that, I do not know.

Looks delicious! Now I've got a craving. Might have to fix some myself soon.

This evening I had a couple of hamburger patties smothered in gravy with mashed potato s and green beans. Simple but solid.

Whoooohooo! Looks great and I'm sure it is. BTW Atticus, we heading for your Carolina Coast soon. Looking forward to sitting top level at Awful Arthur's with a couple dozen oysters on the half shell and cold draft beer. Stop by ifun ya get's a chance.

Hi Crawlinkingsnake. I used to live up in that section of the coast. My first job as a prosecutor was in the 1st District, which covers Kill Devil Hill. But in 1994 I moved south to the New Bern area...which is my home district. But if I was still up there, I’d darn sure join you for a beer. Might wait until cooler weather for the oysters, though.
