Homemade burgers tonight on the barbie. I eat low fat, low sugar most of the time so this is my weekly pig out meal. I expect to be unable to do anything except lie on the sofa and groan occasionally for several hours afterwards.

I've never had bbq'ed gator (usually have it fried down here) but I bet it's pretty good.

I've personally only just recovered from the burgers. They were brilliant but I went down like the Bismarck afterwards.

Tonight....country fried steak smothered with gravy and sauteed onions and bell peppers, rice (the ****nic-y kind, I guess) roasted cauliflower, and fried squash.
