Catfish with cajun seasoning, fries, and green beans with bacon.
Funny how my wife complains about the seasoning being a bit spicy, when I'm putting hot sauce on everything.
I have a lot of recipies copied from restaurants, that I cut most of the sodium and fat out of.
I know, takes the fun out of it....
