None of the shoes I have seem to look right with a navy DB yachting blazer and white trousers, particularly when worn in a yachting environment (as opposed to city streets). What sort of shoes are traditionally worn with this outfit?

Alas, no, but I have a friend, an old guy in his 80s, who's just finished restoring an early 1900s steam-powered passenger boat and I want to dress appropriately when he takes me out for a ride in it.
