I wore for a while and then I hung it up. Still pretty damp though. Been wondering if I should wear it till it dries completely.

I would try to but that’s just what I do with my leather boots when I get stuck in the rain.

Awesome !! Great jacket, congratulations. This is one of the two prototypes John made while working on my jacket.

Unlined Schott Perfecto steerhide today (again) for our Sunday breakfast run. 16C on the out and 27C on the return loop ride.
Some high speed sections, no traffic stops, always moving.
Long sleeve T and you are good to go with this jacket. Would't be so nice with a short sleeve I suspect. Bit "grabby".
My riding mates, well some of them, in particular a 78 year old Vietnam Vet reckons this jacket is a bit "nancy boy".
Well I never haha....
That is a polite Australianism for "it has less than required level of percieved machismo" !
Me, being through with being cool, say comfort trumps cool haha...
