All of the above. They’re out of my league, but they were much nicer! The Redwings and Wescos definitely feel like “boots”. The Lofgrens were more like shoes in the form of boots (if that makes sense).
They are even better than the MF Road Champs that I tried on, although if you like the look the MF are very nice too, the footbed could use cushion IMO.

Wow, you have an original J-185 from the 50's? I have one of the new versions I bought a few years back. Those are extremely rare! Nice jacket too!

thank you for the likes of my photo from yesterday !

A few weeks before X-mas Bronson offered 20% on there complete range. I catched a A-1 in dark brown with green knitting. It was delieverd yesterday, but I wasnˋt at home (been in the habour with my B-6 ). A neighbour was so kind to receive it. Today I picked it up. I ˋ am very pleased. To give it a little bit of wear, I wear it all day in the house. Perfect combination with a 70ˋs Adidas Beckenbauer trouser!

Does wearing it around the house counts? It’s waaaaay to cold here right now to wear it outside. But I’m wearing it every minute I’m home, spraying water on it, getting it to show more creases and grain and moulding it to me.

Don’t mind the ripped and patched jeans. I just wanted to check the fit on pants that aren’t as insanely high rise as my Wrangler jeans.

Thanks Marc! That’s high praise considering the great looking Fivestar jackets of @ton312 and @MrProper among others. I took lots of cues from them before I put in my order.
