I have a "Brando" jacket "in the works" with JL. It came to a screeching halt with this covid ****. Maybe after the holiday I can try and touch base with Alan. Hopefully we can get it done soon.

I've also got my eye on a LW trucker vest.

A bit too warm for a Horsehide 4-pocket Cafe Racer, but had to try it on. I like this fit and it has a lot of break-in to go. Next time I'll wear a hat to cut down on the glare from my head.

It was priced too high but thanks to a bevy of promo codes I knocked the price down to within reason. It’s surprisingly nice. Quite heavy and much thicker than I expected. Fit is decent. Build is surprisingly good. Should be a good fall weather option.

Jacket is my Simmons Bilt black goat Nebraska.
A good choice today , just "warm" enough for a 7C start , not too hot on a 23C ride home.
Usual 'winter" pattern of 4 days rain arriving tomorrow , 15mm/20mm and on..

I think it hits a plateau, doesnt get darker or character or new creases, not so visibly, probably will look like this for a while a darker beige. Usually belt also stay in this color for awhile, unless it gets wet or oiled, i dont want to oil it too much

Did you ask for permanent, non-adjustable D-rings for the waist?

The side is adjustable, I've put the leather bits in backwards to stop my arms catching. Bought from American classics.

Calm before the storm for us today in Perth Western Australia. Shot taken down the beach after lunch.
Radar showing the coming southern Indian Ocean stormfront perhaps 3 hours away max'. To last 4 days.
Jacket is my Schott 637 steerhide early 90's production. No zipper sleeves.
This has become my "go to" jacket if rain is forecast and I am in the car.
