We got snow last night. 34 degrees in mid April is hardly welcome but it does give me one last Schott at wearing this rancher. Feel like Bane with the mask. Off to the store for a few essentials.

Robbie, its not identified anywhere on the jacket, no label etc.... but its been quoted as being steerhide..
Back to my “lucky” M-422 to ride out that hellacious storm that hit NYC. 50-70mph winds, torrential rain, waves tossing the vessel around like a toy! It was a very LONG day!
This jacket is a Willis&Geiger M-422 repro with super thick & grainy goatskin that repelled the wind-driven rain admirably and offered a bit of protection as we got bounced around like a cork.

Just picked up this Brooks CR from the ebay, and back from a quick ride with it. First Brooks I’ve worn. Based on measurements I thought it might be too big, but fits pretty much just like a CR should. It is just a bit stretched across the chest (not so much in looks but I can feel it), which is no problem leaning forward on the moto but might be for casual wear. So, I may or may not end up keeping it. But it really is a nice riding jacket.
That is amazing.
