Something different. Yours?

This must be the pattern my Intrepid is based upon. What do you think about movability and layering If I may ask?
It’s not mine. I just had the opportunity to try it on get stitched down. It was another attendance. I absolutely bumped it. Mobility was good. Better than I expected. The chinky was soft and treated very well.

Found this near mint wwii army jacket at a thrift store yesterday for $8. It seems authentic but I’m not an expert, could be a repro I suppose. It’s got the gas flap, thirteen star metal buttons and herringbone fabric. It’s oversized like a lot of military jackets were at the time, size 38R where I usually wear a 42L or 44R. Super stoked to have this piece.

This is a really good fit, and for 8 bucks, incredible all around.

Thanks man. It’s indigo 14.3 ounce Kibata denim, got it from Citron Jeans. Yea, I loved the way the rivets as a stand in for the box stitches. Appreciate the kind words.
That’s the perfect weight for a denim jacket imo. I would love to see some pics of it once it’s faded and broken in. Learning to sew and make custom clothing is a dream of my wife and I. Glad to see more people doing it.

Just picked up this vintage Lee 101J in suede. I don't often see Lee suede jackets come up. Still trying to figure it out- no side pockets and numerical sizing seems to place it in the 70’s. Labeling seems to indicate USA made. Any Lee jacket experts out there? Nice surprise- the sleeves on this Lee are actually decently long compared to those shorter sleeves on vintage Levi suede type 3 jackets from this era.
