Greetings hat lovers!

I have a minute to post while waiting in Appleton, WI to deliver this load of gypsum.

The last time I was home, I opted to trade in the Gannon for my SE Asia FED IV and this guy has not disappointed me out here on the road. Actually, he just keeps getting better and better the more dirt, sweat and asphalt I throw at him!

He now has a toothpick from Thailand, vent holes from Malaysia, and a bit of blue thread decoration from my mother's sewing closet. I removed the liner a few years back, and I now reckon this guy is on his way to being the perfect beater.

PS, they made me a driver trainer and I am picking up my second student today. I'll be spending the next 3-4 weeks showing the new guy how to operate and live on the road. I won't have much time for posting but I will try to keep up with the hat parade when I can.
