This is a brooks brothers fedora, rabbit, "made in italy" seller said it was a Borsalino for Brooks Bros, I have no idea and there is no objective sign that it was, but it was $100 or less and in my size (62) so I don't mind. Fabric Sweatband.

My favorite Beaver Brand this morning. Always lived the curl and color. This one was supposedly worn by an extra during the "Deadwood" series. ( I watched through the whole series multiple times looking for it but havent found it yet.)

If I'm in the States (and I am), I've got to give a nod to the 4th (on the third, since I can't do it tomorrow anyway). Spending time on Clearwater Bay in a Capas Panama that I had completely forgotten I owned until I opened a box on the bottom of a stack yesterday.

Not really, I wear felt all year round
. I suppose I'm used to it. I grew up on a farm and we always had a wide brimmed hat on. And I do quite a bit of historical reenactment with wool clothing and wool hats.

Have just received my third and fourth hats from Sterkowski. This is a Harris tweed 8 panel baker boy style, in their narrower fitting. i like it a lot.
