Haha—okay, you’re in a tight spot then!Thank you buddy! Besides two cats, I do have a dog to walk, and she loves to bolt after squirrels!

Oh man. Not good news.l. Hopefully you can get healed up,quickly and continue therapyToday it's a Resistol Stagecoach for me. This is another that I restored and sized up. It now sports a Cutter Crease and a curled 3 1/2 inch brim.

Also, I'm sportin' a new Cowboy boot. I had recently got over a back issue that caused my right leg to lose muscle. After a somewhat painful back injection I was going through therapy to restore the muscle and strength in my leg. I only had one more day of therapy left when I went outside looking for our cat and I slipped and fell in the snow. My right leg, the one I was taking therapy for, folded up under me and the whole weight of my body came down on top of it and fractured my fibula. The cat was on the front porch the whole time. Moral of the story, get a dog. They're a lot less trouble. This has been a bad year for getting hurt. At least I got a fancy cowboy boot out of it. Just one of these boots is all I want. I don't need the pair.

Thanks, Steve. I had a feeling you were going to pick that oneA great array of hats again, Stefan. I don't like picking a favourite, but the Rehfus just ticks all the boxes for me every time.
Thanks, Joe.Loving the Morreton and the Flechet.
Thank you Blare! It doesn't feel anywhere near as bad as it sounds. It aches a little in the evenings and that's about it. I just have to be careful and watch my steps. Otherwise I'm getting around pretty good. I'm just glad I trimmed my toe nails before I fell and had to go to my orthopedic surgeon!Oh man. Not good news.l. Hopefully you can get healed up,quickly and continue therapy

I really like the ribbon treatment on that one. Nice.30s or 40s Marathon on this NFL conference championship Sunday with a few “Ribeyes” on the grill (They look suspiciously like NY Strips... but damn they were good!)

Thanks TerryI really like the ribbon treatment on that one. Nice.
Edit to add: I really like the looks of those steaks too!
Alan, Great to see this beauty! A.P.N. hats are rare finds. Here is the A.P.N. "Service" "Oviatts Los Angeles" relief plate.A high quality velour made by Anton Peschel (Nový Jičín) for Oviatt's, likely later 1930s. The materials and construction are impeccable, the cotton (or linen) liner might represent a shortage of silk ahead of WWII. A notable survivor... remarkably, Steve owns a relief plate used to print this liner.

Stefan, That is really something that the Rehfus & Cie. came from a Spainish seller! As usual a fantastic series of hats from you! The JHS Velour is amazing. I have to check and see if I have a record of that one.Got it from a seller from Spain (of all places) through a second hand selling site (Vinted). The weather is depressing here, though we missed most of the heavy winds that you had to deal with.

Is that Fur or Wool? lolToday, I'll be wearing a new Stetson.
Based on the product's need for a security tag, my expectations are high.
