I'm guessing they misread "Vegas" (as in Las Vegas -- home of the D Bar J Hat Co.) as "Vegan". The logo is better seen in my current D Bar J.

More of an occasional wearer, but I've just put in my order on the annual open-run of official Sons of the Desert fezzes from Fez-o-Rama. I've had my 'standard' red one for a number of years now; when this order comes through it will be joined by the 'scree-accurate' monochrome model:

I have about eight or ten fezzes from this company already. They're great - not your traditional fez, strictly speaking; something of a crossbreed between a smoking cap and a traditional fez. I like mine very much. I've worn various models with both black and white tie, at weekenders, tiki theme nights, and around the house as smoking caps in winter, to keep the old bald warm.
