Shiner (a Texas beer, for those unfamiliar) and Sam Adams have pretty good Oktoberfest brews. Year to year you have to sample each to see which is better.

Suavecito Anejo was my choice once again last night. I was really getting the orange citrus flavor from it. Very nice!

A local American Pale Ale from the brewery not too far from the house.

For our movie night, it was John Jacob rye, neat.

Brought home another growler of The Benie from Granite City. It's a pretty good German Bock.
